DC-SERVICES reconstructs, verifies and documents the evidential position relating to a client’s financial and digital assets. Using technology and AI-supported analytical tools, we examine available records, cross-check information against source evidence, classify verified and record-backed findings, isolate gaps and unresolved matters, and deliver a structured source-linked report that defines the documented position and provides an action strategy framework covering registration, control, ownership, disputes, security, transfer, mobility and the exercise of rights.

Support desk · file routing

DC-SERVICES UK support routes every enquiry to its named case manager.

Every enquiry left through the website is timestamped, written into the file register and acknowledged by name within the same business hour. Support locates the existing record, identifies the case manager responsible for the file by role and name, and issues a time-bound callback against that file. Where a request falls outside structured documentation — financial, investment, legal or tax advice, custody, execution or determination of legal ownership — the boundary is restated and the scope letter is reissued before any further work. Any documented output remains subject to the firm's two-stage supervisory signoff before release to the client.

  • Enquiry logged in the file register and acknowledged by name
  • File located, case manager identified by role and name
  • Time-bound callback commitment recorded against the file
  • Scope letter reissued where the request falls outside documentation

Modern data craft meets institutional financial discipline

At DC-SERVICES, the focus is narrow by design: turning fragmented records into a single, sourced documentation pack that is easier to review, share and maintain.

NODE · 01

One source

Banks, brokers and registers are consolidated into one navigable record set.

NODE · 02

Five phases

A repeatable framework guides intake, structuring, classification, output and continuity.

NODE · 03

Traceability

Every figure and label can be followed back to a specific source document.

NODE · 04

UK & EEA

Client materials are handled on infrastructure hosted within the UK and EEA.

DC-SERVICES · Section 02

Operating discipline behind every documentation engagement

Each engagement is treated as a bounded documentation exercise, shaped by a written charter, a published method and a fixed-fee scope letter agreed before work starts.

CLAUSE · 01.07

Charter-bound

Analysts work to a published ethical charter rather than ad hoc judgement.

CLAUSE · 02.14

Single-source

The output is one structured pack instead of parallel versions or conflicting summaries.

CLAUSE · 03.21

Reversible

No client logins are retained, so access can be withdrawn in a single step.

CLAUSE · 04.28

UK-registered

The firm operates from Taunton, Somerset under Company No. 08948101.

Where the work fits inside a wider private financial estate
