Named practitioners on every release
Each release carries the names of the drafter, the data lead and the supervisory reviewer. Counterparties can route procedural questions to the named individuals through the secretariat. Naming is a control: the practitioners whose names appear on the release are the practitioners whose work is read at annual methodology review and whose refusals are logged in the rejection register.
